Chao Chen received his B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, in 2009, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea University, in 2015. Since December 2015, he is with the School of Information and Electronic Engineering (Sussex Artificial Intelligence Institute) at Zhejiang Gongshang University, China, where he currently is an associate professor. His research interest includes

wireless communication, network coding, and machine/deep learning.
