Rong Jin is an associate professor and master tutor at the school of Information and Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang Gongshang University, China. 

Her research interests include open programmable network, Software Defined Network and Reinforcement Learning. She has published more than 10 papers indexed by SCI and EI. She has developed RFC5813 and RFC6984 as a contributor.
