Focusing on research in the field of integrated circuits, and the combination of industry-academia-research.
Research on multi-core processors and their on-chip systems. Including research on Symmetrical multi-core processors (SMP), ASymmetrical multi-core processors (AMP), programmable systems on chip (SOPC), and RSIC-V architecture.
Research on Multi-core SoC Architecture Design. Including SoC applications for specific fields, such as office printing, industrial control, human-machine interfaces, etc.
Low power consumption technology and its applications. Including DVFS, clock and power gating, hierarchical on-chip power network, etc.
Memory research. This includes various levels of cache, centralized or distributed on-chip SRAM, off chip SDRAM, and hierarchical storage of large AI model processing chips.
Tiny AI. Research on Tiny AI Accelerator Design for Embedded Systems.
Chiplet technology and chip design. Chiplet related technologies for large, medium, and small-scale chips, including interconnection, protocol, architecture design, etc.
