About

Jun Fu received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. Since 2013, he has been an associate professor at School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include machine perception technologies, particularly electronic nose and electronic tongue systems, and their applications in food quality analysis and environmental monitoring.
