Jianliang Wei, male, born in 1980, received his Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Nanjing University in 2009, and a visitor scholar in Louisiana State University (USA) from 2007 to 2008. Currently he is a professor in the School of Management and E-business, Zhejiang Gongshang University. He has published more than 30 SCI/SSCI indexed papers and has completed 10 scientific research projects. He also participated over 50 projects which offered by enterprises and governments.
