致力于环境样品监测、分析化学、有机化学反应机理理论计算等研究,具备多学科交叉基础。1)熟练掌握环境各介质中化合物的前处理过程以及气相(HPLC)/液相色谱(GC)、光谱(ECD/UV/Raman)以及质谱(MS)等仪器的操作测量过程;2)掌握量子化学理论计算,基于密度泛函理论和分子对接技术,探究生物酶(细胞色素P450)代谢环境有机污染物的反应机理及毒性差异;3)熟练使用数据分析(Spss/Origin等)软件,具备化学计量学数据分析校正处理技能,利用快速检测技术协同大数据驱动,聚焦食品和药品的质量安全问题。
