浙江省“废物低碳循环与绿色发展国际合作基地”负责人、环境影响评价工程师,主要从事废物处理与资源化利用、恶臭污染控制与碳减排等教科科研与社会服务。作为技术专家多年来积极参与城乡生活垃圾处理处置与消臭降碳工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金项目6项,浙江省自然科学基金杰出青年项目、重点项目等3项,国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项。发表论文90余篇,获浙江省科学技术进步二等奖2次。
