刘惠君,教授、博士生导师,浙江省中青年学科带头人,西湖学者拔尖人才。杭州市第十二届、第十三届人大代表,杭州市第十二届、第十三届人大城乡建设环境保护专业委员会委员。长期从事生态健康与环境修复工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家科技部重点研发计划子课题以及多项省部级科研项目;作为主要骨干先后参加了1项863计划项目、6项国家自然科学基金面上项目以及多项省部级项目。在国内外重要期刊上发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文66篇,ESI 1%高被引论文2篇,参编教材3本。
