徐斌，男，副教授，151第三层次，数字办主任。1993年6月浙江大学计算机应用专业毕业，2005年3月获浙江大学计算机科学与技术专业博士学位。1993 年7月至1995 年10月在浙大计算机公司工作。1995年11月至1999 年9月在杭州西软科技有限公司工作。2005年3月起在浙江工商大学工作，曾担任计算机与信息工程学院软件工程系副主任、计算机系副主任、信息安全系主任。

近几年来，主持/承担了包括国家自然基金、浙江省重大科技攻关、浙江省自然基金等省部级科技项目7项；在国内外重要期刊与国际会议上发表学术论文50多篇，其中被EI检索论文42篇；获得软件著作权1项。主持和参与中央财政支持的实验室建设项目，浙江省财政专项软件工程实验室, 浙江省本科院校实验教学示范中心,国家特色专业（计算机科学与技术）建设, 浙江省高校计算机类服务外包人才培养试点立项等实验室建设和专业建设工作。
