韩焘，男，江西宜春人，1991年10月18日出生，2010年至2020年就读北京航空航天大学本科及直博，并获学士和博士学位。现为浙江工商大学计算机与信息学院讲师，硕士生导师，CCF协同计算专委委员。主要从事群智协同计算，机器学习等方面的研究工作，主持了浙江省自然基金项目一项，浙江省科技厅项目一项，重点参与了国家重点研发计划课题、国家重点基础研究发展计划及国家重点基础研究发展计划，浙江省重点项目等多项科研项目、研究发表在IJCAI16，IJCAI20，CIKM17，FCS等重要国际会议及期刊上。教学上主要承担了《人工智能》及《离散数学》的教学工作。
