季敏,博士、博士后、教授、博导,浙江省杰青,浙江工商大学西湖学者,现任浙江工商大学管理工程与电子商务学院(跨境电商学院)副院长,运筹优化与智能决策研究所所长,美国《Mathematical  Reviews》特约评论员,中国运筹学会排序分会常务理事、数学规划分会理事、医疗运作管理分会理事,入选浙江省新世纪“151人才”工程和首批“浙江省高校领军人才培养计划”高层次拔尖人才,2020、2021连续两年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)“中国高被引学者榜单”。2001年获应用数学学士学位(浙江大学),2006年获理学(运筹学方向)博士学位(浙江大学和香港理工大学联合培养),2008年-2010年于香港理工大学物流与航运学系从事博士后研究工作。

主要研究方向为调度理论、物流与供应链管理、离散优化、算法设计与分析、计算复杂性等运筹与决策以及优化算法等领域,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、国家社会科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社科规划基金、浙江省自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目、浙江省重大科技专项等省部级以上项目10多项,以第一或通讯作者在NRL、EJOR、IJPE、IJPR等管理科学与工程领域国际重要主流SCI源期刊以及《系统工程理论与实践》等一级期刊上发表和录用学术论文70余篇,为40多家国际主流SCI源期刊和国内一级期刊担任审稿专家以及多个学术会议的Program Committee和Session Chair,多年担任科技部国家重点研发计划项目答辩评审专家和国家自然科学基金管理学部、数理学部以及信息学部优青、面上、青年、地区等项目,以及教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家等。曾获浙江省科学技术一等奖、浙江省高校优秀科研成果二等奖等多项奖项和浙江省好党员、浙江省杰青、浙江省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师等多项省级荣誉称号。
