刘新，2020年获得同济大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程博士学位，中国运筹学会排序专业委员会青年理事。主要研究方向包括组合优化、生产调度、流水线平衡、算法设计等，主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项。在运筹优化国际权威主流期刊，例如《European Journal of Operational Research》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《Transportation Research Part E》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》等发表学术论文10余篇。
