陆心怡，女，博士，副研究员，浙江海宁人。2021年毕业于北京交通大学经济管理学院，现任教于浙江工商大学管理工程与电子商务学院。研究方向为互联网医疗与健康服务管理、健康行为管理、管理实证研究等，主持教育部人文社科一般项目1项、浙江省自然科学基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科一般项目、浙江省自然科学基金等多项课题研究，发表二十余篇SSCI、SCI、CSSCI等学术论文。
