Xinyi Lu, an associate research fellow of School of Management and E-business at Zhejiang Gongshang University. She completed her Ph.D. at Beijing Jiaotong University. Her interests include Internet medical and health services management, health-related behavior, behavioral psychology, and empirical research on management. She hosts a project supported by the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, and participates several projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Foundation of China, the MOE (Ministry of Education in China), and the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China. About 20 articles has been published in Journal of Medical Internet Research, Patient Education and Counseling, BMC Health Services Research, and some health-related journals.
