个人简介

顾双,博士,讲师。近5年参与发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者/等同一作/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文23篇,影响因子10分以上的SCI论文1篇,Top期刊论文10篇。建立了基于气味快速无损检测粮食霉菌污染的新方法,为未来的自动化监控粮食的微生物安全提供理论基础;利用PCR技术检出了黄酒成品中产桔霉素霉菌,具有较强的原创性,此前无相关报道;制备了全新的检测桔霉素的牛蛙免疫亲和柱;并建立了黄酒酒龄及品牌快速鉴定的新方法;建立了基于氨等离子溶出鉴定蔬菜衰老和发生冷害程度的新方法,并采用甾醇等新型保鲜剂,取得了良好的保鲜效果。

已授权国家发明专利6项,5项等同一作,1项参与。其中,1项授权的国家发明专利“一种桔霉素亲和蛋白的制备方法(ZL 201710259437.0)”已转让,取得了一定的社会效益。参与省级新形态教材《食品贮藏与保鲜》、《烹饪原料学》(第四版,原国家规划教材再版)编写,均担任副主编。《烹饪原料学》已累计发行66600册,被30多所高校用作教学教材。《烹饪原料学》(第四版)已通过浙江省教育厅初评并被推荐参评“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材。2022年指导学生参加生命科学竞赛,获得省三等奖。
