个人简介

黄建颖,女,教授、博士生导师,在浙江大学获有机化学博士学位。香港理工大学博士后。并分别于2011年和2018年美国犹他大学和康涅狄格大学国家公派访学。20094月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。承担了食品化学、有机化学等专业核心课程的教学任务。先后主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项、浙江省自然科学基金等项目20余项。以通讯作者(学生为第一作者)在Journal of Organic Chemistry》、《Chemical Communications》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Carbohydrate polymers等知名期刊上发表60多篇,他引1000多次。其中ESI高被引论文1篇。课题组已有6位研究生荣获国家励志奖学金。

研究方向为:多糖的结构和性能研究;食品贮藏保鲜;分子自组装与抑菌作用机制研究和有害物质的快速检测。
