胡梦欣,女,重庆人,副教授,硕士生导师。2009年6月获浙江大学博士学位,2009年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Matter,Langmuir,Journal of Hazardous Materials,Journal of Chromatography A,食品科学等国内外学术期刊的审稿人。主要从事益生菌稳定化研究、营养素递送系统设计及应用、体外肠道模型构建及应用、纳米技术在食品和生物领域的应用。主持和承担多项国家、省部级科研项目和企业横向项目,包括国家自然科学基金青年基金、浙江省基础公益研究计划项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、浙江省博士后科研项目择优资助、浙江省教育厅科研项目等纵向项目以及相关企业横向项目。在国内外著名学术期刊和会议上发表论文53篇,SCI收录论文31篇,获授权国家发明专利3项。2019年在美国化学学会期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry上发表的论文被美国科学促进会(AAAS)主办的全球科技新闻服务网站EurekAlert和NutritionInsight同时报道,吸引了科学界和工业界的广泛关注;2022年12月Biomaterials Science在线发表的关于体外肠道模型的文章上线一个月即评委该期刊年度最受欢迎的文章,并入选Biomaterials Science Lunar New Year 2023主题集合。指导本科生获全国大学生生命科学竞赛一等奖。
