王以勒，管理学博士，中国注册会计师，毕业于四川大学公司金融专业，现任浙江工商大学泰隆金融学院讲师。主要研究方向为公司治理、供应链管理和国际投资。在Journal of Accounting and Public Policy、Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money、Ecological Economics等期刊发表论文数篇。
