彭雪蓉博士, 2014年毕业于浙江大学管理学院企业管理专业, 主要研究方向为绿色创新、企业社会责任与数字化, 主持国家及省部级纵向课题7项, 发表高质量学术期刊论文近30篇（其中，SSCI/SCI收录论文10篇, CSSCI/CSCD收录论文13篇）, 出版学术专著1部（浙江工商大学A类），具有2年海外经历、4年博士后经历、3年产业全职工作经历。2020年，入选浙江工商大学“西湖学者”拔尖人才B岗。

Xuerong Peng (ORCID: 0000-0001-5932-3961), Ph.D., is an associate professor of the School of Tourism and Urban-rural Planning at Zhejiang Gongshang University in China. She earned her Master's degree in Tourism Management and Ph.D. in Business Management both from Zhejiang University in China. She was a visiting scholar at Pennsylvania State University from August 2017 to October 2019. Before entering academia, she worked as an analyst for a Chinese hotel investment and management company for three years. Her research interests focus on eco-innovation, digital innovation, and corporate social responsibility in the hospitality and manufacturing industries. Her research outputs have been published in international journals, such asJournal of Sustainable Tourism, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, and Asian Business & Management.
